Colorado Continued Education for Colorado Hours
Complete Your Colorado CE with Kaplan Real Estate Education
As an associate broker in Colorado, you are required to complete 24 hours of real estate continuing education every 3 years in order to renew your real estate license. With Kaplan Real Estate Education, you can complete your required education in no time.
Transition License Cycle Continuing Education Requirements (2018-2020)
During the transition period, licensees may complete two (2) different versions of the Annual Commission Update Course to satisfy the eight (8) hours of mandated education pursuant to section 12-61-110.5 (1)(d), C.R.S. Licensees who choose this option must also complete an additional sixteen (16) hours of elective credit hours to meet the 24-hour total continuing education requirement during the transition period.

All students will have six months to complete their course from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT: To receive CE credit for attending a live online class, the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires students to have their webcam on and be in view during the duration of the session. Credit will be denied for students not following this rule.
